Ameetuff Fire Resistant Sealants

Ameetuff offers a versatile range of fire-resistant sealants designed to meet diverse industrial and construction requirements. These sealants combine advanced polymer technology, non-flammable formulations, and excellent sealing capabilities for robust protection against fire, temperature, and environmental challenges.

  1. LB-130 Sealant (Aluminium Sealant):
    • An elastomeric polymer-based stuffing compound with 69% solids and rubberized flexible material.
    • Provides a vapor barrier for cold-duty insulation, protecting against condensation in temperature-differentiated environments.
    • Non-drying, highly rust-preventive, and features flame-retardant co-polymers to limit the spread of flame.
  2. Duct Sealant:
    • A silicone polymer compound offering a flexible, fire-resistant elastomeric finish.
    • Prevents air migration in duct systems and seals duct joints for metal-to-metal surfaces.
    • Provides thermal insulation and chemical and corrosion protection for ducting systems.
  3. Inorganic Fire-Resistant Cable & Duct Barrier Sealant (Mortar):
    • A calcium aluminate-based sealant with mica additives, phosphate, and silicon binders.
    • Offers thermal insulation and fire resistance, excelling in rubber-to-concrete sealing applications.
    • Non-flammable and ideal for environments requiring enhanced fire protection.
  4. Cable Barrier/Duct and Conduit Sealant:
    • A stuffing compound based on elastomeric polymer and silicon compounds (65%).
    • Provides thermal insulation and remains flexible in extreme temperatures.
    • Highly rust-preventive, non-drying, and offers excellent sealing for metal-to-metal, rubber-to-concrete, and metal-to-rubber applications.

Ameetuff’s fire-resistant sealants deliver tailored solutions for fire protection, whether to limit the spread of flame or provide thermal insulation. Engineered with advanced formulations, they ensure flexibility, durability, and safety in diverse industrial applications, including ducts, cables, conduits, and insulation systems.
